This project began as a renovation of an old industrial building. However, as we progressed through the design and constructability phases, it became evident that the doctors required a more suitable solution. 

The outcome is a 12,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art wellness center, featuring a martial arts academy alongside chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture clinics.

The design thoughtfully incorporates Feng Shui principles, playing with light and shadow. The white façade contrasts beautifully with the shade created by the entrance canopies and overhead trellises. Large windows allow natural light to penetrate deep into the building, fostering a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environments.
