Working with Tamson, CYNC designed eight separate units on two single-family lots, ensuring each unit had desirable spaces and amenities. The site's slope was advantageous, allowing each unit to have street-level access and a lower-level parking garage accessible from the alley. 

The vision for the project was a modern row house with traditional elements, featuring a brick-clad lower façade reminiscent of New York-style walkups, contrasted with modern stucco and clean lines.
